Charmed by the practical

Location near to transport was useful. The staff was really friendly, also very helpful with directions. Breakfast was fabulous and provided plenty choices. The room was clean, comfy, and quite accessible to the center.
I found no proper bedsheets on the bed. Instead, sheets covers the duvet. It was tucked in the bedframe. This setup did not give the feeling of a four-star hotel.

The hotel enjoys proximity to a bus stop. It is just 400 meters away, very convenient. Bus 43 goes directly to the central station. It gets you there in about ten minutes. Also railway tracks are near, but soundproofing works well.

The bathroom was bright and spacey. The beds were comfortable, I slept very well. The room included everything necessary for my stay. The room was cleaned daily. it always smelled nice, great.

i noticed slight wear and tear on the furniture, but it didn't impact my stay much.

the reception staff offered VERY HELPFUL assistance during check-in and throughout my stay. i noticed the restaurant staff were efficient too! they worked hard to maintain a tidy dining area for all the guests.

the room was big and clean with much storage space for luggage. the bathroom also was big and clean with a powerful shower and many toiletries. i enjoyed the variety of continental and hot food at breakfast like scrambled eggs and sausages.
i had a balcony outside my room window that i could not access. other people could access it so i had to keep my curtains up all the time. i was shocked to see someone at my window when i was resting on my bed.

the hotel is maybe a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro station. it sits in a residential area , made it very quiet at night. a train station is very close to the hotel.

Acceptable Stay but Location Could Be Better
long walkno closet
The location wasn't ideal for sightseeing. i had to walk about 20 minutes to the nearest metro station. It reminded me of a trek. The room also lacked a proper closet. I had to live out of my suitcase. the hotel REALLY could use some improvements.
